The Lymbar, located at The Ion, Houston's innovation hub, is partnering with Houston Community College's (HCC) Culinary Program to foster the next generation of top chefs. For months, Chef David Cordúa has worked with Chef Carlos Gamboa Müller of HCC to mentor students in developing groundbreaking menus. Now, it's your turn to taste their innovative dishes and help crown a winner!

Join us for two nights of exciting culinary competition, where two teams of students will present their unique concepts. You'll enjoy a multi-course meal and act as a judge, providing valuable feedback to these budding culinary stars.
Monday, August 4th: Taste of Emerati

CUCUMBER PEACH GAZPACHO: bay scallop, ginger, basil, cilantro white balsamic
