Fall is in the air, and at The Lymbar, that means a fresh new menu is launching! We're thrilled to introduce our new Fall 2025 dishes, crafted by our very own Chef/Owner David Cordúa.
Located right here in Midtown's innovative Ion, this new menu continues our signature blend of Chef Cordúa's rich Latin American heritage with the global culinary techniques he's famous for. We're bringing in exciting seasonal dishes while also celebrating the popular classics you know and love.

Guests will find a blend of ingredients from the Americas, Mediterranean influence, and French technique. It's about balancing the familiar comforts our guests love with a celebration of the diversity that makes Houston so special."

What's New for Fall?
We've added some incredible new dishes rooted in Latin flavors and given a global twist. We're also excited to launch a larger selection of crafted cocktails and small bites starting at just $8, providing more variety and accessibility for every visit.
Here are a few highlights you have to try:
New Hors d'ouvres:
Tostada de Pulpo: Grilled octopus with avocado mousse, sesame, and pico de gallo.
Ceviche: Achiote shrimp with sweet potato, coconut, chili, red onion, and cilantro.
Ta-Conés: Smoked salmon rillette in a wonton shell with whipped labneh and chive.
Golden Hour Dogs: Smoked sausage, bacon, brioche, pico de gallo, and golden bbq sauce.
New Empanadas:
Elote: A fresh corn tamal with queso oaxaca and mole pipian.
Chicken Tikka Masala: A new creation with cashew almond and cilantro crema.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Brochetta
New Platos Fuertes (Main Courses):
Carnitas Pibil: Crisp braised pork shoulder with mole negro, served with our house sourdough pita and cilantro rice.
Churrasco Steak Frites: An 8oz beef tenderloin with brandy peppercorn sauce and your choice of garlic wedge or skinny fries.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Brochetta: Served with red pepper, poblano, and chilaquiles verdes.
Pan Seared Branzino: With lemon caper butter, brussels sprouts, and cilantro rice.
New Postre (Dessert):
Cinnamon-Rum Bread Pudding: The perfect fall dessert, with vanilla anglaise and walnut cherry chutney.
New Sips for the Season
You'll need the perfect drink to pair with these new flavors. Our beverage program has been enhanced for the season, now organized into fun new categories like "Agave Alchemy," "Smoking Section," and "Midnight Society."
Come sip on new additions like the classic Pisco Sour, a vibrant Hibiscus Margarita, the smoky-sweet Campfire Colada, or our new Espresso Martini made with house-infused vanilla vodka. If you like martinis, we highly suggest our Dirty Martini which includes a chimichurri-feta stuffed olive!
We've also welcomed several new international wines, including a Turkish white (Büyükbağ Osmanca by Akberg), a Mexican Gewürztraminer (Stellar Viñedos Don Leo), and a beautiful Sinegal Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma.
Don't Worry, Your Favorites Are Here
Alongside these new items, we would never take away the classics! The new menu proudly features returning guest favorites like our signature Pollo Encamisado (plantain crusted chicken), the tender Smoked Lamb Chops with chimichurri, and, of course, our best-selling Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger. And we will always have our Original Tres Leches.
New Ways to Join Us
This new menu also comes with more ways to enjoy The Lymbar:
Weekday Express Lunch: Perfect for a Midtown meeting or a quick, elegant bite. Available 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for just $25.
Weekday Happy Hour: Join us from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. for amazing deals, including $7 hors d'ouvres, $9 cocktails, $7 wines, and $5 beers.
